To be honest, if you look around you, we are living in a society that is slowly getting unhealthier everyday.

Why is this happening?

We believe it is through poor education, knowledge and understanding about how to live a healthy life and why we should do it.

You see that is the crux of the problem. If everyone knew why we should eat more fruit and veg, then the world would be a healthier place, because more people would take responsibility for their own well-being.

Why Self Health?

We want to replace as much chemically made medicines with fruit and vegetables, and 2 litres of water a day, preferably before the need for that medication arrives.
